OPSIS PRIVACY POLICY

The Information We Collect

We will automatically send your friend a one-time email or instant message with information about how to create an account on the platform. OPSIS stores this information to send this one-time invitation and to track the success of our referral program. Google Analytics

We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve this site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. Changing or Removing Information

Access and control over most personal information on OPSIS is readily available through the profile editing tools. OPSIS users may modify or delete any of their profile information at any time by logging into their account. You must sign in with your personal login and personal password, and then go to https://videos.opsistv.com/profile. Information will be updated immediately.

Individuals who wish to deactivate their OPSIS account may do so on their account page. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be available to other subscribers to OPSIS. Once you have deactivated your OPSIS account, you will not be able to access your profile page. Should you want to make sure that your data has been removed, you can contact us at info@opsistv.com to receive a confirmation whether it has been removed from all our files or that it is still present in backup copies.

Where you make use of the communication features of the service to share information with other individuals on OPSIS, however, (e.g., sending a personal message to another OPSIS user) you generally cannot remove such communications.

Sensitive Information Retained by our Partners

When you have activated your OPSIS account, you have agreed to provide your bank or credit card details to our payment service provider, Stripe. OPSIS neither requests nor keeps this information on file. Stripe’s Privacy Policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

To stream our videos, OPSIS has chosen OKAST-Flamefy a third-party provider performing subscription-based video-on-demand services. Okast and Flamefy belong to MEI Group. You can access their respective Privacy Policies at https://okast.tv/cgu/ and https://www.flamefy.com/privacy.

Security

OPSIS takes appropriate precautions to protect our users’ information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number or your password), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
